Need a doctor while in Orlando? Don't go to the emergency room for medical needs that are urgent in nature, but not life-threatening. Find the nearest Centra Care Clinic. Walk-ins are welcome. You'll get help faster and cheaper than in the ER.

If you need a prescription, your best bet is Walgreen's. Some of the other stores are open 24-hours but do not have a pharamacy open that whole time. Don't drive around endlessly looking for the needle in the haystack. Go to the store locator and type in, "Orlando".

It's very disorientating to be away from the comforts of home, and without the usual caregivers and remedies. If you find yourself in this predictament, simply resign yourself to the truth and shelf the previous plans and schedule. Take care of yourself, or your traveling companion.
